This passion to BAKE began in the family kitchen some 40 years ago and continued into his teen years where he embraced the trade and learned all he could under his highschool Baking teacher..Chris Cavalier. He schooled post secondary in Toronto and Apprenticed under a Dutch Baker in Burlington, Ontario for some years before he began a long career with Lo...blaws/Superstore as a Bakery Supervisor & Specialist. His real dream was to own and operate a real scratch Bakery..to create and offer the best of all that he knows. The Mission community has embraced his breads/buns, pastries, cookies, pies & cakes.
