Balanced Health 21.01.2021

It’s all about the balance. On the left: Deprived. Over training. Restricted. Had no real end goal in mind. Desperate to look a certain way & struggling with body dysmorphia. Yes, I used to view foods as good and bad or what I could eat and couldn’t eat. Gone are the days of low carb, low cal, low this & low that. Low anything is getting super old in my eyes. Listen up ... you can eat carbs AND lose weight You can enjoy all foods in moderation and still be working towards your goals. Wether your in a deficit, or surplus. It’s important to have a healthy relationship with the foods we consume. The key to any weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomp is adherence/consistency. No matter how complex or fancy a diet may seem, if you cannot stick to it, it’s useless. Why restrict yourself of the foods you love when you can work it into your daily life & still achieve results? I wish I had known then, what I know now I was so far off, listening to professionals on how to improve your health I had enough of maybe looking slim, but feeling like garbage. So much that I became the professional myself and took a course which is just the tip of the iceberg for me. If you are struggling with a certain mindset, you’re not alone. But I invite you to change that . On the right: Dropped the all or nothing mindset. Eating foods I enjoy. Achieving results. Focused on my mental and spiritual well being instead of constantly how I look. Gave myself rest days. Once I started viewing food as fuel, and opportunities to nourish my body, it changed the game. There is still a lot of work to be done, but anything worth shooting for is always a work in progress. The only difference is that now I’m a work in progress that I can be proud of. It has nothing to do with being perfect and everything to do with being consistent. weight fluctuates. Especially being women. Good morning! Gauging interest once again on small group fitness classes for the NEW YEAR starting Jan 2021. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evening and Saturday mornings. ... Please let me know if you’d be interested in joining our sweat and sculpt themed full body fitness classes. 45 mins long including warm up & cool down. Located at BODILOGIX fitness in Cobourg. Limited space available per class.

Gauging interest on group fitness classes at Bodilogix Fitness in Cobourg Tuesday, Wednesday evening (7:30- 8:15pm) & Saturday morning (10-10:45am) let me know if you would be interested in joining as space is limited.
