Today will be a cardio day! Your choice of cardio for 30-45 minutes!
Today’s workout 3 rounds and 12 reps with a 1 minute rest. Push yourself hard and add in a 45 min cardio session.
For today’s workout I will do the following circuit. I’m going to increase weights so it will be 3 rounds of 12 reps with 1 minute break. I will add in a 45 minute cardio session.
Today’s workout 3 rounds 15 reps and a 30 minute cardio session.
Today’s circuit. 3 round 15 reps.
