I want to reach out today to say I’m cheering you on. I know there are moments for all of us that are challenging right now but guess what there are also many moments that are beautiful. We often focus on the things that aren’t going well or things we don’t feel like we are good at. What if we put more focus into our strengths and we use them as power to put one step in front of the other. If you can’t think of your strengths right now don’t worry... you do have them and wi...ll discover them. They are there! Sometimes they show up at different times of the day, perhaps at 6 am or maybe for you it’s 6 pm. What if it was just one thing at a time and we allow it to stack as we grow ourselves. For example, you commit to one healthy meal everyday at 8 am, once that has become a non negotiable habit you add on moving your body for 5 minutes at 12 pm no matter where you are. As you grow, you stack rather than doing it all at once and quitting two weeks later. I have a 6 week coaching course starting February 8th to support anyone who is in search of learning ways to become intentional about what you have set out to do. The first two weeks will be slow and steady with visuals that I will text to you once a day to remind you that I’m here! Nothing overwhelming, it will an opportunity to get warmed up for the final 4 weeks that will take more work for you! Those weeks will be you logging into a program for about 15-20 min a day, watching videos, reading and doing the daily work. It’s not a walk in the park but if you are ready for the challenge the results will show up. You just need wifi and minimal computer skills. The cost for the 6 weeks is $100+GST. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist & Coach with Growth-U and can offer a receipt if you need one. I am here to be your tour guide and help direct you in what will hopefully be a happy, healthy and vibrant future.

As we wrap up the first month of the year I don't know about you but I'm feeling ready for a little bit of variety in the upcoming months. I'm really looking forward to running this 6 week program that is focused on Nutrition, Mindset, Habits, Intentions both personal & professional and Focus. The first two weeks will start out with information, awareness and tips that will support taking the steps needed in order to go from where you are to where you wish to be. I believe i...n creating long term habits and find that small consistent steps are far more effective rather than going all in at once with everything. My vision as a coach is to have my clients reflect back in 1, 3, 5 or 10 years from now and feel proud that they are still doing the thing they committed to and feeling the results. To some it may seem small but over time it adds up! Imagine creating space for 1 healthy perfect balanced meal everyday or 10 minutes of movement, being grateful for at least 3 things daily because you know it helps you think more positive or taking a bold step that you have been wanting to take but just didn't know where to start. The final 4 weeks will be where a little more of your time is needed each day (about 15-20 min) and wifi! This is where you listen to videos, read and complete daily assignments. It takes work and a little work on ourselves is always worth it! The cost of this 6 weeks with me is just $100 as it is the first one I will be running with this particular online program that is in the final 4 weeks. Good morning moms! As much as I would love to be booking my clients on a vacation so they could physically be on a beach with their toes in the sand a visualization will have to do. I think many of us are feeling overwhelmed this week, this month or on and off this year! Take time to slow down and even sneak in being somewhere else even if it's just for a couple minutes. Turn on relaxing music, take some load deep breaths and imagine yourself being right there on that beach.... This is a simple yet powerful exercise to do. It creates such a calm space in your body and allows your nervous system to slow completely down. It's important for us to remember that we have so much to be grateful for whether it is our past that comes to mind, the excitement of the future or this very moment right now.
