An important read. A new study shows a definitive link between death due to cancer and sedentary behaviour. Sedentary behaviour is that where one is largely stationary, this includes the obvious of sitting on the sofa, but also sitting at a desk for prolonged periods. I recommend getting up, briefly, at least every twenty minutes and getting a bit of movement in at least once an hour (a brief walk, some standing exercises - calf raises, squats, twists, etc) to get the heart pumping and joints/muscles moving.
