To assist our clients in preparing their Personal Income Tax, we have created a checklist to use, as well as a Working from Home during COVID checklist. Please note that due to COVID-19 our office is limited to the number of clients in at a time. There is a drop box located at the front door for those who wish to use it. Like last year, we are offering a PDF version or a paper version of your personal tax return. If necessary, information can be emailed to limit contact in the office. We will again be open on Saturdays from 9am to noon throughout March and April to accommodate the drop off and pickup of tax information. This will start on March 6th 2021 and continue until April 24th 2021. We look forward to assisting you in preparing your 2020 personal tax returns.

The Ontario government is allowing certain businesses and workplaces to reopen as long as they comply with strict public health measures and operate safely during the COVID-19 outbreak. In response to COVID-19, the Town of Huntsville has waived the penalty on tax payments to July 31, 2020. The deferral allows residents the ability to defer interim tax payments prior to July 31, 2020 deadline without incurring any penalty. https://www.huntsville.ca//home-proper/property-taxes.aspx# For those not living in Huntsville, please check with your local town/city website for deadline extension information.
