Our Grand Opening is on June 7 & 8 , with the purchase of any lot you will receive one years free maintenance fees ( a $846.00 saving ) and a fee cedar fence ( a $1,500 value) this special will be for the month of June. Balfour Resort & Marina will be having the GRAND OPENING ON JUNE 7 & 8 . We have setup a show home on lot 28 which has a fantastic view of the lake.

We have ordered Park Models from Moduline and hope have them setup by April 15. Congradulations to Beverly W. for winning our fire pit at the RV shows.

Finished the Calgary RV show and now we are up in Edmonton . Meeting a lot of people that have vacationed in the West Kootenays and know the area . Excellent interest in the Resort.
