Kettlebell swings in quarantine. I do about 110 in this video with a 20kg bell. Working my way up to go for 5 min straight (watch out jiu-jitsu training partners). Form is fluid, relaxed, and calm. This is the state you need to be in to be the most effective athlete.... Efficiency doesn't come from gritting your teeth. It comes from adapting your body to the situation. Shoutout to Katie for "encouraging" me at about rep 50.
More squats! There is no singular best squat because everyone is different. You're going to need a few different variations to make sure you hit all your muscles evenly.
