Well Hello there! Just wanted to pop in and say we miss you! You may have noticed we have changed our name from Ballroom Beauty Recycled Formal Wear to Hope 4 the Hill formally Ballroom Beauty. We will eventually change the name to just Hope 4 the Hill and merge the pages. However, to get people used to the change we will give that some time. ... We just wanted everyone to know that we are still here and active in the community! The dream is still alive. We are doing what we can even during isolation and the current crisis! Thank you all for your support!

Yes we are permanently CLOSED! But, occasionally some of our prior customers still send us their photos. This is one of the incredible shoots we just had to share! Photography by Ash Nayler When we closed in March of this year we had no idea what impact COVID-19 would have. Glory be to God that we closed when we did. It was something we prayed about and has been made clear it was the right decision over and over. That being said we have taken a break and it is still pretty u...nknown with the current situation but let me assure you that the dream to open a housing unit for young pregnant women is still alive! It may have been on pause this year but we are excited to eventually start working towards our goal again. We have been blessed and are thankful for so much support. We are also incredibly blessed to have gotten where we are! Thank you and cheers to all those who are making the best of these strange times!

Wow!!! Honestly I am blown away by our community! We picked up 1018 pounds of food and had $460 in cash donated (and some more coming in this week!) for the Kaw...artha Lakes Food Source Our bus from Kawartha Lakes Bus Lines rocked it! Hopefully you saw us out and about! Thank you staff at Victoria Manor for your amazing donation! Thank you to all those who contributed and shared! Feeling blessed! Exciting NEWS!!!! Kawartha Lakes Bus Lines has offered a BUS for our drive-by food drive! As of right now we do not have enough people signed up to fill a bus! We would like to change that! It warms my heart that companies like the Bus Line are stepping up in this crucial time! Help us fill the bus!!! ... Here is how it works. Send me a private message Sarah Williams with your address and we will add you to our drive-by pick up list for April 20th! I can also be reached at [email protected] If you have neighbors spread the word and let them know they need to contact us or you can arrange a neighborhood pick up and send us a list of house numbers. If we get enough streets then we can have a little competition! Hehe! All groceries need to be put out by 10am (unless you have freezer/fridge items which you need to specify in advance for proper handling) Our community rocks! Just sayin’ Thank you for your support and we have already had people donate for this round! Cheque’s and cash are accepted as well but again please advise in advance! For our own safety all food will be going in the back of the truck, no contact made and hand sanitizer after every pick ...up. So please keep your distance if you see us out and about.
