More Suzuki gear from Balmer Fab! This little rig was treated to one of my receiver style bumpers with a low slung light bar mount and recovery points as well as a pair of rock sliders. All of the parts were sandblasted, primed and powder coated with a textured finish for a great look that will last! A rear bumper was in the plans as well but once the stock bumper was removed, it exposed fuel tank cross members that were so rusty the fuel tank was supported strictly by it's skid plate - the mounts had completely fallen off! If you own a Sidekick/tracker, these crossmembers should be checked! Both have been replaced and the fuel tank is back in place and solid as a rock! Three more lucky Tacomas have been treated to Balmer Fab rock sliders! One pair has my rugged "Venom" kick-outs while the other two have the cleaner look without kick-outs. All three pairs have been sandblasted, primed with a fusion bonded, rust resistant product and finished with a textured black powder coat. They're mounted via double shear, 1/4" thick, double gusseted brackets for the strongest bolt-on installation available! Another pair of rock sliders on another great little rig! These feature my "Half-Pipe rear kick-outs and they've been sandblasted, primed and coated with my new textured powder coat for a fantastic look that will last :) These sliders keep the rocker panels from being crushed, they protect the sides of the vehicle form trail damage and they offer a solid step along the wheelbase of the vehicle... not to mention the fact that they're strong enough to be used as a jacking point. The latest custom bumper/skid plate combo is all coated and installed. This hybrid plate/tube bumper was a ton of work but it was well worth it! Made from a combination of 3/8",1/4", 3/16" and 10 gauge plate as well as 1,1/4" and 1,3/4" tube, this bumper is stout while looking lean. It features a 10,000lb Warn winch with a folding license plate holder on the fairlead and light mounting tabs on the bull bar/grill tube. The mounts are double shear, through frame style with the ...usual grade 8 hardware. Again, as usual, the bumper and skid plate have been sandblasted and treated to rust resistant, fusion bonded primer and the new textured black powder coat for a clean, rugged look that will last through time and abuse! A rear bumper is in the works to finish this beast of a Grand Vitara off so stay tuned for that...
