We would love to have a Balti ...restaurant somewhere near HQ (we cant always be the ones making the food) Balti Indian Restaurants Chef Rajan Khatri has worked for 17 years as a chef in high-end Indian restaurants and came to Canada in 2010. The Balti tradition - serving dishes, beautifully garnished in ornate two-handled copper vessels - comes from Northern India and Pakistan. When you get a balti dish, you just know that whats inside is going to amaze your tastebuds. We take a lot of time to prepare these dishes, Khatri says, noting that the chicken is marinated for 12 to 24 hours. Everything is cooked fresh; the spices are blended here in the kitchen. Skilled and most talented experience chef GOPAL PUN who started his early career 2000s from India to Dubai and 2009 he came to Canada. He is specialists in Tandoor items and know as Master Tandoor chef. His presentation and his skill show the result when the food go to the customer tables. His combination of Spicies and the marinations part is incredible. Balti Restaurant is very proud to have him as team.
