Due to the change to alert level 5 this past weekend , we thought the safest thing to do would be to transition back to curb side pick up! As before, we are asking everyone to call, email or text in your prescriptions and we will call when it’s ready for pickup. When you arrive at the pharmacy, we will deliver it right to your car Of course, we will still be available to chat over the phone if you need to discuss something with us and if anyone really needed to come in we w...ill certainly make arrangements for that. Also, If you have trouble getting to the pharmacy, give us a call and we‘ll do our best to make arrangements to get you your medications. Due to the rise in COVID cases over the last few days, we wanted to put out a little reminder of the following to our patients: Please phone/ text ( 7096878816) in your refills and wait for a call they are ready before coming to the pharmacy for pick up. (Feel free to leave what you need on the message manager ) We will be working extra hard to call people immediately when they are ready. New prescriptions can be dropped by the pharmacy and we will give you a time for pick ...up or a phone call when ready. We are requesting that a maximum of 5 customers enter the store at a time to ensure lots of room for adequate social distancing. REGARDING METFORMIN RECALL: As you may have seen on the news / heard on the radio, there was a recall on Apotex brand Metformin. Only the Extended Release (ER) Metformin 500mg strength was affected. The vast majority of our patients are on immediate release metformin and unaffected by this recall. If you are on Apo-Metformin ER the DIN number (found on the bottom right of your prescription label) would be 02305062. ...
