Happy Halloween! Our coffee is perfect for fueling up for the night ahead (and that's no trick!). Treat yourself to a fresh cup from any of our cafés to start Halloween off right.

These Chocolate Donuts with Mocha Glaze are a Halloween treat the whole family will love. For the best results, we recommend using Balzac's A Dark Affair roast for a rich, full-bodied taste. Ingredients: Donuts (Makes 8):... 1 cup flour cup white sugar cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder tsp baking soda Pinch of salt One large egg 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup strong hot Balzac's coffee cup milk 2 tsp vanilla Mocha Glaze: 1 cup icing sugar 1 tbsp melted butter 2 tbsp Balzac's coffee Decorating icing: 3 cups icing sugar tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp milk How to: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a donut pan set aside. In a large bowl, add dry ingredients and combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the bigger bowl with the dry ingredients. Blend well. Add batter to a large hole piping bag (or a large Ziploc with a hole cut in the corner) and pipe into the donut pan. The batter will be runny, but that's OK! Lightly tap tray against counter to release any air bubbles. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. While baking, prepare the icing. Start by melting the butter. For the glaze, add ingredients to a bowl and whisk well until smooth.
