Hello to all my Bambola Beauties We have had some changes to our policies and services. There are 2 different topics I will be covering in this post. As always, if there are any questions/concerns, my DM’s are ALWAYS open! - The first topic is in regards to fills from other salons/technicians. This is something that has been very difficult in figuring out what works best for us here at the studio, and what works best for our clients. Due to some problems that have happene...d within the past 2 weeks, we have made the decision we will no longer be filling work on other salons work. All/any clients booking an appointment with us that have work from another salon, will be required to book a Removal & Full Set. This new policy is taking effect immediately. The second topic is for cleansing of the lashes. During covid we have put into policy that we will not be offering our Lash Baths. We have had some situations where lashes are not being cleansed correctly, so we are bringing back our Lash Baths in studio! All clients requesting/wanting a Lash Bath at their appointment will now have to request it in advance and, there is now a $5.00 charge for the service. There is an option when booking online to add the Lash Bath to your service, which is prompted at the time of booking the lash appointment. We are still asking clients to clean their lashes at home prior to their appointment, as we are still trying to limit the amount of Lash Baths we do. We hope this helps bring a smooth transition to our changes, and we greatly apologize for any inconvenience these changes cause.
