New extra special limited mid-week release: ELEMENTS #7 Barrel-ages Wild Ale Blend w Cherries ... The newest release in this barrel-aged series is a blend of two one-year old barrels of Golden Ale fermented with harvested wild yeast and refermented on cherries. Inspired by a Berliner Weisse, one of our brewers’ favorite beer styles, this raw sour beer was double dry hopped with Citra and Cryo Citra to accentuate the already distinctive citrus flavors brought by the Escarpment Labs Lactobacillus blend. New Beer Alert! Introducing Cake Demon ... You certainly know Cake Monster by now. Our infamous Chocolate Habanero Stout has gained a bit of a cult following since its release in 2018. This time around we’ve taken the recipe and doubled everything up, resulting in a big and bold Imperial Stout. Rich and robust fudge chocolate flavours from the cacao and dark roasted malts are followed by a sneaky kick of heat from the habaneros. The smoothness and decadent chocolate flavours push Cake Demon into dessert-beer territory, but it manages to keep an edge. Pure rock n' roll. GINZU 'A4' DDH IPA Double dry-hopped with Strata, Mosaic and Cryo Mosaic, this beer leads with strong dank aromas with strong notes of blueberries. Pouring a light hazy straw colour, this beer highlights two of our favourite hops and has a smooth finish with a subtle sweetness to round out the hops. ...
