In 2017 I began making intentional jewellery Mainly bracelets and malas for my own wear and it grew into something so much more! . . I spent years studying the healing properties of different gemstones, crystals and essential oil blends to diffuse the lava stones, mainly for my own #energetichealing .... . Of course a simple piece of jewellery didn’t miraculously heal my trauma.. but the peace and calm I feel while making them.. the intentions I set when wearing them.. things I learnt through meditation and grounding.. yeah, those actions definitely helped heal my wounds, and I bet they’d soften yours too#intentionalliving . . Since this quarantine has our heads all messed up, I began creating again to remain grounded during all the chaos #mymeditation . . This week I swept up an entire dustpan full of sand from the #beach ... and I couldn’t be happier #summer2020 . .
