Pale yellow, and Sauvignon Blanc is a fruity and fresh wine with notes of grapefruit, currants, green apples and tomato leaves. A refreshing white wine, dry with balanced freshness and citrus notes suggesting ripe tropical fruits. Memsies Bendigo Shiraz, 2017 Australia Was $16.95 now $13.95 ! Named after the nearby historic Memsies Estate, established in 1839 on the banks of the Loddon River. Limestones in the subsoil, give this wine forward, easy to reach fruit, a classic Central Victorian Shiraz. Serve slightly chilled in summer, perfect for a BBQ or picnic
OCTOBER FEATURES Tedeschi Tenda Soave Classico, Italy - 2018 (Reg $22.95-Now $17.95) This wine is made with 100% Garganega grapes harvested in vineyards, located in oldest area of origin the commune of Monteforte d’Alpone that with Soave, makes up the classic Soave area. The distinctive winemaking technology employed yields an elegant and velvety wine with a delicate almond-scented nose.... Colour is yellow with green reflections. Clear and transparent. Complex fruity bouquet. Very clean and with notes of dry fruits such as almonds. Rich and elegant. Flavourful, good body and good acidity. Relatively warm, rounded and well-balanced. Pleasing and elegant. The after-taste confirms the notes in the bouquet. Tulbagh, Syrah, South Africa - 2017 (Reg $15.95-Now $12.95) A big wine at 14.5% but drinks smooth. Full with dark fruits, bramble and plum notes. Soft tannins on the palate with enough acidy to brighten it up. Def a meat lovers wine but great to drink on its own.

AUGUST WINE FEATURES La Sonrisa, De Tares, Bierzo, Spain- 2018 (Was $22.95 Now $18.95)... Made from 100% Godello, is bright lemon-white in the glass. Nose perfumed with citrus fruits, green apple, stone fruit and white flowers. Refreshing mouth, with creamy acidity, moderate alcohol, soft texture and persistent finish. Pair with tapas, baked fish, pasta and rice dishes. We love this wine ! Sur Los Andes, Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina-2014 Reg $19.95 now $16.95 This Malbec has been fermented with native yeast and has spent 6 months in French oak. The bouquet is well defined with blackberry, boysenberry, black currant, touches of dark chocolate and anise. Pair with roasted beef or enjoy simply on its own.

Soft and fresh, it stands out by displaying all the flavours and characteristics of the Chardonnay grape. Pair with fish, white meats and salads. Domaine Montrose, Cotes du Thongue, France - 2018 (Reg $19.95 Now $15.95) Garnet red colour. Red fruits, blackcurrant and cocoa on the nose. The mouth is full and round. It is a gourmand wine to be drunk young. Enjoy it on its own or with grilled meat, pastas or cheeses.
