The master ensuite is worth the spurge! Often when looking at resale homes, the master ensuite can be uderwhelming...but that doesn't mean you have to keep it that way! This is a perfect example of a dated 72.5 square foot ensuite that was creatively transformed into a 100 square foot retreat! The extra space was taken from a hallway linen closet & an adjacent 3rd bedroom. The tiny window was replaced with a much larger one to not only make the space feel brighter but also take in the gorgeous view. A pocket door was installed to allow even more space. The room was gutted, a large custom tile & glass shower was installed, double quartz vanity, new toilet & an elegant 68" soaker tub angled under the window. Here's a splurge that will not only add to the homeowner's enjoyment but will also increase the value of the home.

Some kitchens are worth saving! Here the cabinets were merely refinished & the small island was moved to create a more practicle peninsula breakfast bar. Upgraded granite counter tops, backsplash & new appliances were instaled. The result is a fresh inviting space without the cost & inconvenience of a complete tear out.
