When the Mister calls me after work, we often have the conver...sation that goes like, Bangrak tonight? It's simple and good flavours! Our favourites are the Green Curry, Fish Cakes and Mango Sticky Rice, and the Mister LOVES the Shrimp Chips. All these photos are of one dish, Tam Tard. It has Kai Yang (Grilled Chicken), Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad), Thai Fish Cake, Shrimp Chips, Sticky Rice, and Chili sauce.... Every component of this dish was delicious! Every bite revealed a different flavour but they all worked very well together.
