I posted this earlier this year, but in light of the passing of the great Tony Rice, it deserves a repost at the very least! This is the first full show that Jerry Douglas played with Crowe and the New South. Ricky Skaggs had recently left the Country Gentlemen having been their fiddler. During this performance, Skaggs very quickly shuts down a request for Fox on the Run. The solid Bobby Slone is on bass and was one of the longest tenured of the New South.
