WOW week 1 of school and getting back to a routine wiped us. When life gets busy sometimes you have to stop and focus on you and your family needs and that is exactly what we did. We survived and ready to tackle week 2. What are doing to help with the busyness of it all ? Some great ideas is to use your mom calendar, create a meal plan, prep snacks/lunches, organize bags, ensure your setting time for self care and sleep!!!
