Strawberry Rose Gin Fizz 2.0 oz. Rose Gin 0.5 oz. Lemon juice 3-4 strawberries... Club soda to top Muddle the strawberries. Add the gin and lemon juice. Shake it up! Fill glass with ice. Pour drink in. Top with club soda. Give it a little stir.

Light Rum 2 tbsp sugar 0.5 a lime 6-8 mint leaves ... 6-8 raspberries Club soda to top Mint sprig for garnish Slap those mint leaves and put them in a cup, add the raspberries and cut the half like into 4 wedges, add sugar and then muddle muddle muddle. Strain into a glass, holding back the mint and lime wedges. Then pour your rum in. Give that a little stir. Add some ice to the glass. Then top with club soda. Try to stir in sweeping up motions to better mix in the ingredients in the bottom of the glass. Then garnish with your mint. Enjoy !
Royal Hawaiian 1.5 oz. Empress gin 1.0 oz. Pineapple juice 0.5 oz. Lime juice ... 0.5 oz. Orgeat Syrup Combine all ingredients into shaker except the gin. For the pineapple I blended an actual pineapple but you can also use juice. Shake it and serve in glass. Then gentle pour the gin over drink with spoon.
