Dear fellow Barbadians & Friends of Barbados: On behalf of the Executive and Members of the Barbados (Ottawa) Association Inc., I wish to advise that this year we will not be celebrating the 54th anniversary of Barbados’ Independence and of the Association as we have in the past. COVID-19 has not been kind to us but we will prevail. I pray that you and your families are keeping safe and following the guidance of your local health officials.... The last nine months have given us an opportunity for self-reflection, and also to spend more time with our loved ones. We will continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers and look forward to seeing you in 2021. Happy Independence Day on November 30, 2020. Sandra Asgill President Barbados (Ottawa) Association Inc.
