Miniature embroidery inspired by Maud Lewis design, for which I have a license from the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. The close up of the larger one Is very pleasing to the eye. It is the beginning of a 5x7 inch piece I am supposed to trade at the The International Rug Hooking conference in England. I like so much how it is evolving and may want to keep it for myself. The really small one 1.5 inches x 2.5 inches was made in Houston Texas when we visited our son and family two weeks ago. A treasured friend may get this one. MAYBE. LOL The really tiny one takes over 30 hours to embroider. The larger one will probably take 60 hours and every stitch is fun fun fun.
