Don’t forget to take care of yourselves, loves! Some of us might be having a hard time dealing with stress and anxiety, especially during this trying time. No matter what you are going through today, I want to remind you to take care of your mental health. Here are some self-care tips that we all need:... 1. Get plenty of sleep. 2. Eat well and eat healthy. 3. Exercise regularly. 4. Do something that you love. 5. Open up to someone you trust. 6. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
