I'm really excited to post these pictures of a recent collaboration with @ecnomusconstruction. I project managed this addition and renovation (kitchen not pictured) but my favorite part for sure is this living room. The mantle, counter tops and shelves were barber shop specials, and the clients design. To mount the floating shelves I drilled 5" into the 2x6 exterior stud, and epoxy with 10" anchors then measured and drilled into the shelf to match. It worked out great!
