Yoga became my "go to" in Costa Rica. Mind you, the country offers a pretty lay back vibe. I was blessed to be able to walk to and from my practice. My time on the mat quiets the mind and creates ease and space for me to live life fully. How about you? Yoga on a mat?

Aerial Yoga rocks! I have missed being in the hammock. The inversions allow my body to release all that I may have been hanging onto physically. Have you tried this? What do you think?
