Right now I know we are dealing with so many unknowns. As a life coach I truly would love to be able to ease peoples minds of this feeling of uncertainty. I k...eep wondering what could I do. So I decided to do the only thing I can -- offer my insight, and the opportunity to engage in a conversation. One of the most difficult things for us is feeling so out of control. I am hoping this will offer a bit of relief to understanding or finding a way in controlling what you can control. There is very little within our control right now, which often can cause us to feel extremely anxious, scared and unsure. We do not like feeling like this. The only control you do have is over yourself and where you focus your thoughts. So, allow me to introduce the art of surrender: Surrender involves noticing that there is nothing one can do to change the situation. However, surrender does not mean giving up. Surrendering means letting go of unproductive efforts to control the uncontrollable. It involves accepting that there is nothing one can do to change the situation. Surrendering is not the same as becoming a victim and passively being overtaken without choice. Surrendering means you make the decision to let go of things that you cannot control and focus on the things you can control. Sound confusing? I am sure having a discussion about this will truly help. At this time, we are taking the first step of voluntarily recalling the Rubber Broom, which is to stop selling this product to our Consultants and Customers. Once Health Canada have advised us and approved our next steps, we will communicate those steps to all Consultants and Customers. 3. Is this for all countries? a. This is a stop-sell in all the countries in which the Rubber Broom has been sold. 4. Are you going to provide a refund or a new Rubber Broom? a. Any remedy must be approved by the regulatory authorities. We will let you know as soon as possible what the remedy will be for this recall. Any order for a Rubber Broom that was to be shipped today, Monday, June 17, 2019, will be shipped without this item.
