This Slicer/Shredding attachment for the Bosch Mixer works great for grating cheese, carrots, frozen butter, and more! It makes shredding so quick and easy! Included with the slicer/shredder is a reversible shredding blade, reversible slicing blade and a French fry cutter. A small whisk may be added to make the slicer/shredder bowl a mixing bowl.
