Extended family members of Canadian citizens and Canadian permanent residents can now seek permission to travel to Canada. This includes people in a long-term exclusive dating relationship and their dependent children, adult children, grandchildren, siblings and grandparents. Examples of extended family members in exclusive dating relationships include fiancés, romantic partners, boyfriends, girlfriends or any other couple in an intimate, loving relationship of at least 1... year. Extended family members should not make travel plans until they meet all requirements and get all necessary authorizations. Reminder that all travellers must have a plan to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in Canada. Learn more about the updated changes to expand exemptions to the travel restrictions for family members, including the process and requirements: https://www.canada.ca//cor/visitors/immediate-family.html
