I will be calling you 24 hours prior to your appointment to ask you questions regarding your health (covid 19 questions) if you say yes to any of the questions I will have to cancel your appointment and hope to see you on a later date.... If you say no to all questions you will be required to sign off on the form when you arrive for your treatment. I will also have everything sanitized before you arrive for your appointment. I will have sanitizer by the door when you enter and also in my treatment room. I will be wearing a mask and I'm also asking you to do the same. Hello everyone, Just got my email that I can go back to work Friday June 12th, but I'm not quite ready yet with getting all my stuff together yet for the government regulation.
