Happy Winter Solstice! Celebrating the return of the light & renewed beginnings. Though I'll be working, my afternoon will be honoring this day with a silent quiet reflective time in the forest and a candlelit ritual. Then celebrating the evening with a nourishing meal. with friends. How will you be celebrating?
COLD AND FLU FIGHTER! Simple, Natural, Inexpensive I tried it when I had the flu and it was indeed a powerful herb and helped a lot. Sage Tea Fresh or dry sage (fresh more potent)... Honey Lemon juice Cayenne pepper Boil water, add sage, let simmer for 3 minutes and steep for 15 minutes. Add other ingredients. Enjoy. If you don't have all the ingredients, sage on its own can help greatly.
