We hope everyone is staying home & staying safe. Al & I are both doing great & finished our quarantine over a week ago. We decided to not open during the current stay at home order but will be back next week taking online orders for porch drop off or pick up. I will post Monday morning the baking that will be available for delivery or pick up Tuesday & will post lunch options Wednesday for delivery or pick up on Thursday. Looking forward to seeing everyone again ... social distanced of course

Update: First I’d would like to give my heartfelt thank you to each & every one of you that commented, messaged, send texts or called...it meant more than you could ever know. I am starting to feel better..still having issues with taste/smell & I get tired easy. Al has also tested positive but his symptoms were much milder than mine. As directed by the health unit we have been isolating (even from each other). Our self isolation period ends 2 days from now but we will be taki...ng another week or two to make sure we are fully recovered. We hope this message finds you all safe & well. Can’t wait to safely see you again

Good morning, Al and I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday and that everyone has been staying safe and healthy during these trying times. For the sake of full disclosure I would like to let everyone know that I have tested positive for COVID-19. As we will be adhering to the public health guidelines this means we will not be re opening as scheduled on the 11th of January. ... To be clear, we have been closed since the 23rd and I did not begin showing symptoms until New Years Eve. I went for my test on the 1st and got my results back this morning. I would like to apologize for not being able to re open as scheduled and we look forward to seeing you all in the coming weeks once I have fully recovered. Sincerely, Tammy

I have a challenge for you. The stats estimate 30% of small businesses will not survive due to COVID19. They call St.Marys Stonetown, and continue to say it is ...a beautiful small town (which it most definitely is) but I believe St.Marys is beautiful because of the people who live here. You might think it is back to normal business for downtown merchants- but it is NOT. We all need your help. So here is my challenge: I want you to visit at least one merchant you have never stepped foot into this month. You don’t have to buy anything (would be nice ) just to say hello and meet the person behind the plexiglass. Businesses have taken precautions to keep you safe. The people behind the doors of Downtown Businesses are incredible. Take time to visit the people that do so much for our beautiful Stonetown. See more
