We're open! And it's so great to see everyone. You people are keeping me busy and new volunteers are availing themselves. Thank you so much. Masks are now mandatory, so go out and gets some fashion masks or come buy some fabric and make your own. Lots of sewing supplies coming our way... Small furniture donations always welcome. Thank you all for your donations. And I think it's safe to say the customers thank you also. Now we need time to process and replenish. Please hold on to your donations just a little longer. Aprox March 17, Covid kicked in and life closed down, March 20, spring kicked in and on March 27 my beautiful son signed out. It's been a crazy 2020 for everyone to say the least. Not much of a "spring", in this past spring, that's for sure. Social conciousness has been risen. That's a good thing. The thrift store has also been on hold and we've had great, warm weather items waiting for you. ... So come on by and see what's been waiting for you now at 50% off. We/I am so looking forward to seeing familiar and new faces, (behind masks of course) and as much as I will want to hug some of you, we will respect each others "social distance". I will leave the use of the change room up to you, as there is no exchange or refund. I will also be doing "covid tracing" which I hope to never have to use. So many rules to follow .... And last but not least "HELP" Volunteers needed and make a hugh difference. Committed, accountable, much appreciated. We look forward to opening on Sept 16. Our new hours will be 11am to 4pm. We will now be open on Wed, Friday and Sat. Volunteers are needed to help run this big store. We are regularly complimented on how clean and well organized we are. This takes a lot of work hence more volunteers needed. We test all appliances and electronics. Only clean and slightly worn clothing are put out. In consideration for those with allergies, clothing with strong perfume or extreme animal fur will not be put out. Any donations we can not sell are passed on to another organization. Our prices are very reasonable and our environment relaxing. Come and enjoy a pleasant shopping experience at St Barnabas Thrift Store.

Ok folks we have another opening date. *Re-Renewed * Sept 16th. There will be a few changes regarding open days and hours. The store will be open on Wed, Friday and Sat. The new hours will be 11a.m. to 4pm. Preferable donations by appointment. TBD. Covid 19 safety protocol will be practiced. A limited of max 8 people in the store at a time, social distancing, hand sanitizing, masks optional but recomended. Bringing your own bags will be much appreciated when possible. Hello everybody. We miss you soooooo much. So many new rules, so few helpers to make them possible. I am in the store a couple of times a week but very fluid. I "may" be able to take some donations and you "may" be able to have a private/by appt. shopping experience. Due to the Covid-19 we have been directed, and it is for health and safety reasons, that the Thrift Store be closed and unable to accept donations until May 6 or until further notice.
