Good afternoon! Wanted to update our followers and customers with a photo-dump of some jobs we have been completing in the months of August and so far in September! We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and those of you who are back to work, have settled into the routine again! Thank you to all of our customers out in Cholchester and Amherstburg, Ontario! We have met a lot of great people in the recent months and are incredibly thankful for all the business! ... Good Afternoon! We hope everyone is still staying safe and hopefully those of you, who were off from work due to COVID-19 are now getting back in the routine. We were lucky enough to be considered essential, due to providing emergency and critical residential property protection and water front erosion prevention / protection. It has been a CRAZY couple months for all of us; we have even hired more employees and purchased some large equipment that we’ve been needing/wa...nting for a long time. Our customers have made 2020 a phenomenal year for us so far - we are so blessed to have met the incredible customers & people we have this year. Without our loyal customers, and even Mother Nature - none of these wonderful things would have happened. With all of the work we have lined up, even in the early spring - wait times were around 4-6 weeks. Now that summer is almost over and we’ve completed almost all of the jobs that were lined up in that time frame - we are now about to move on to the jobs that have been lined up for the fall time period. Every week we still have even more purchase orders and quotes going out and are now officially booked into SPRING of 2021. Even with our wait times, we STILL have customers putting orders in with deposits, to ensure they have a spot in the rotation as we have always been a first-come-first-serve basis with orders/deposits. With the large back log of orders, and wide range of area to cover - we have made the decision to run additional crews in the near future. We are currently growing our equipment/machinery and tool inventory to be able to efficiently run the welding trucks that we’ve acquired for this expansion. Having additional welding and installation crews will drastically cut down wait times for our customers, thus allowing us to complete orders even quicker. Thank you to all of our followers, supporters and most of all our customers - we are so pleased to have met all of you and it’s been an honour and a treat to have completed work for each and everyone of you. Happy Monday Everyone! We just noticed that we hit 200 followers during last week! Thank you for all the continued support! Now with even more exciting news... We are now in the "Biz-X Magazine" with a FULL page interview from Dave Hall! He sat down with our boss (& Owner) Lyndon Barnet! ... What an incredible accomplishment for all of us to get recognized firstly, but - in the most prestigious magazine around, by way of receiving the.... "Business Of The Month" award, not to mention the other incredibly humbling accolades, Lyndon personally received, and Barnet Custom Fab, as a company was rewarded with. Reeling in the New Year with some cold water work!

What a great couple of weeks for BCF. First, nominated for two great awards through Windsor/Detroit's biggest & best business magazine "Biz-X" - and now to find out, our Owner and Founder, Lyndon Barnet has received the best award he, and all of us here, could even hope for. Lyndon was the top Entrepreneur in the county during the "30 under 30 List" and will receive the "FULL MAIN Feature Story" in the very first edition of 2020, to start off the year! (January '20 - Issu...e #1) which will also be a huge accomplishment for the magazine itself, being the 23rd year running! Just this morning, Lyndon had the interview and photoshoot, and was honoured to be interviewed by Windsors finest journalist, Dave Hall. (40 years for the Windsor Star and was chosen to interview him for this very special feature.) The magazine will feature a full written interview with Lyndon, detailing how he got into the trade, what he's accomplished so far, and he also names several people who have helped him a tremendous amount, somewhere along the incredible, yet tough journey getting here. Your team, employees, customers and supporters want to congratulate you, Lyndon. You have accomplished a ton already in your young age, and career; Yet, you are always telling us how there is so much more great things to come, and we believe it! With the incredibly high, record breaking water levels in the Great Lakes and Rivers, there came an over-whelming demand for a solution to provide residents with some security on their real estate investments. Property erosion, land, structure and vegetation damage has all been a common, yet seemingly uncontrollable issue that has punished residents all over Ontario and the neighbours across the border, that share our some of our bodies of water... after thousands of residen...ts living in these cities and towns effected by the rising water levels; the global news had stated these same residents have spent over a combined $2.5 MILLION dollars on damage control solutions, and the majority of the "repairs" or "old-school methods" were all to "little to NO success!" 2019 has been an amazing year for us and we are incredibly exciting to be growing more and more as a company. When the new year strikes, we will be in our 4th year as a fully registered, licensed, and insured business in Canada! With all of the experience our team has in the Fabrication and Welding trade, our day-to-day projects will always be changing. That is what is so fascinating about our business - every single day, is something new and different, and with that - comes... newer and more difficult challenges to overcome, especially when tapping into projects that no company has even completed before! With all of the potential jobs and projects we have done and CAN do, our potential customer list gets exponentially larger with the more we expand our skill set. With growing more than ever in our third year, and with plans to go even bigger in our forth year - we have been in the position to grow our workforce with more employees, bringing an even wider spread of knowledge, experience and skilled craftsmen. We have always been into hiring all ages, wether it be men or women - with all that, it is especially satisfying to see the younger workers we hire and educate - grow and shape their skill sets into professional, hard working employees. These young men and women are the workforce of tomorrow and we believe it is incredibly important to educate, teach and show them the RIGHT way and the SAFE way to carry out tasks and methods, no matter the tools, equipment or project. Hello Everyone! All of the staff here at B.C.F Inc; want to wish everyone, a safe and happy Thanksgiving! We also hope everyone ate way too much great food, and had a wonderful time with family and friends - just like we did! There is ALWAYS A LOT to be thankful for, but recently it's been because of our growing and incredibly hard-working team! For us, it's been ALL work during the last couple months! We have been expanding our reach into new, larger areas and taking on mo...re of the powerful Great Lakes and Rivers. It's been our pleasure providing our service to many new customers, that have headache & stress-inducing issues - that sometimes come with owning a water-front property. We are incredibly excited with the opportunity to be spreading our workforce even further into the East Side Tecumseh and Belle River areas. Even more so, we have been completing jobs all around the beautiful Lambton Shores & Grand Bend areas! With all of our amazing and greatly appreciated customers being so supportive; spreading the word of the satisfaction they experienced with both, the product and service we provided them. We absolutely owe our recent company growth and expanded clientele base - all to them. Without the power of "word-of-mouth" advertising - we surely wouldn't be growing at the rate we are now. Hello Everyone! I am here to share some great news I have, and to ask for a favor, from anyone who might be reading this! > This year, after founding and running my own business for 3 full years, I have been nominated for a couple of awards! Included (in winning) is a table in the most prestigious awards show in Southern Ontario. The 2019 "Biz-X Awards Gala" put on by the biggest Business magazine in the area. Above anything else, I am incredibly blessed, humbled and extremel...y grateful, to even be recognized for something like this. Now, IF I was to be lucky enough to bring an award back to my hometown (only can receive one award per year*) I don't even think I could put into words, how much that would mean to me personally, not to mention what it would do for the business! With the new "Water Deflection Plate" design, that we've put in place almost a 2 yearS ago now, I am glad to say that we are now nominated for a Windsor Business Magazine "BIZ-X" Award. Category # 4 - Making the biggest splash of the year (having a product do with water) and I have personally been nominated for Category # 11. Millennial Manager of the Year.
