It’s pretty scary for parents waiting for babies through all the pandemic news. It’s not easy for doulas either. Supporting birth at home, before moving to the hospital, amid restrictions is not easy.

One in five new mothers and one in ten new fathers will suffer from a Perinatal Mood Disorder during pregnancy or after bring home a new babe. Chances are you know someone who has experienced/is experiencing these complications. Right now, there is help but frankly its not enough and we have issues with affordability and accessibility. Classes in December are geared for late January and early February babies. You don't know what you don't know. Our classes will assist you and your birth partner in planning for your birth, your way and will include how you can plan for the unexpected.
