Assist with lineside logistics by maintaining parts level at assembly line Remain flexible and adaptable to work demands Complete all work assignments accurately and efficiently following prescribed operating procedures Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety standards Willingness to participate in cross training of all logistics functions Qualifications Must be able to work both days and afternoons and production Saturdays. Experience in an industrial environment (preferred but willing to train) Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to work at a fast pace Must be a proven team player Demonstrated communication and comprehension skills Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively Positive attitude and flexible Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to push/pull Ability to complete repetitive work Ability to walk/stand for a 9-hour shifts Pay Structure $16.00 per hour Plus, weekly attendance bonus of $1 per hour Overtime paid after 8 hours Time and a half paid for Saturdays Double time paid for Sundays Hours: Two-week rotating shifts Day Shift 6:15am 3:00pm Afternoon shift 4:15pm 1:00am (Mon.-Thurs.) 3:15pm-12:00am (Friday) Location: 6700 Industrial Parkway, Alliston, ON L9R1A2
