School has recently started and we would like to post a reminder to choose healthy snacks when packing lunches for your kiddos! Not only will it help reduce the risk for cavities in your child's mouth, but a healthy diet is important for a child's learning and development as well. Choose snacks such as fresh fruits and veggies, plain yogurt, and cheese. Avoid snacks that are sugary and sticky, such as crackers, gummies, raisins or other dried fruit, cookies, and pastries. ...
