These whipped shortbread cookies have been on my family's dessert trays at Christmas for as long as I can remember. And even though I am not a cherry fan, they sure do look beautiful.
Perfect baking weather today. Hockey is over for the day, so why not bake?? I love using pure vanilla and real butter. It really improves the taste and texture of the baking.
Snowy days make me want to bake!! So I have begun!
