#ThirstyThursday What a difference a week makes. It looks like this Thirsty Thursday we’ll be having our cocktails at home, but don’t let that stop you from trying something new. Today it’s back to our #bourbonbasics with one of our faves, the Old Fashioned Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Bourbon or Rye whiskey, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 Sugar cube, Few dashes plain water... Preparation: Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of plain water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry. Served: On the rocks; poured over ice Standard garnish: Orange slice, Cocktail cherry www.bartendersice.com

With so many of us now staying at home with nowhere to go, we thought this would be a perfect time to brush up on our cocktails! So this #RubyTuesday let's hit the ground running with this gorgeous Ruby Relaxer. Ingredients 1 oz Vodka 1 oz Coconut rum... 1 oz Peach schnapps 3 oz Pineapple juice 1/2 oz Cranberry juice 1 splash Grenadine* Garnish: Orange wheel Garnish: Umbrella Steps Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel and umbrella (optional) www.bartendersice.com

This #ThirstyThursday we’re throwing it back with this classic Manhattan Recipe. For an added dash of class, ditch the neon cherries and get yourself some beautiful Amarena cherries. You’ll never look back. Classic Manhattan Hand-cut Bartender’s Ice 2 Parts Whiskey (or Bourbon, we’re partial to Jack)... 1 Part Sweet Vermouth 1 to 2 dashes Angostura bitters Orange peel. 1-2 Cherries Place ice in a tumbler glass and in a cocktail shaker. Add the whiskey, vermouth and bitters to the shaker. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the cocktail glass. Strain the drink into the glass. Add 1 to 2 Cherries and enjoy! www.bartendersice.com
