Did you know all of our products are named after our family members? That's right. There is no basil in our olive oil, that's my dad's name and our company's t...oo. Eleni (or Helen) is my mom and the olive oil's namesake. Theodora is our rose/olive oil moisturiser, named after my mother's cousin. As for the daughters/sisters: Vicki or Vassiliki is the olives and tapenade, Evangeline the vinegars (wine and balsamic) and Anastasia is the soap. Truly a family affair!
