As the province tentatively steps towards easing lockdown we would like to reassure our patients that we will continue to review the changing situation.... At this time we will continue to offer remote video and telephone consultations as the mainstay of our care services. Office visits will be offered only if absolutely necessary and after an initial remote consultation with one of our doctors. We will adhere to strict use of personal protective equipment for both patient and staff alike in these instances. We will continue to encourage this social distancing which offers protection to our patients, staff and other members of the public who may need to utilize our building whilst we monitor the infection rates over the coming weeks. The Office area is closed to staff and patients at this time due to our wishes to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19 throughout our community. We are seeing patients through our virtual platform and via phone consultation (for those without a tablet/cell/computer. #stayhome... Please stay safe, stay at home and stay well!

During these uncertain times and with the increase in Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the province, we are asking patients who have symptoms of dry cough and fever to stay at home to avoid further spread by 'self-isolation'. For medical advice we are able to offer virtual online health visits for those affected or worried that their symptoms may be related to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Thank you for your consideration. Welcome to Dr Helen Imolele! Helen has moved with her family to Salmon Arm and starts to meet her new patients from tomorrow! Merry Christmas to you all! We will be reopening to see patients on the 7th January 2020 (after a staff training day on the 6th). In the next few days newly registered patients with Dr Helen Imolele will be receiving an email with instructions on how to book with her. We are looking forward to meeting you!... Dr Jocelyn Finstad will be in from the 13th January to help provide extra support to Carolyn and her patients whilst we ensure a smooth start for Helen.
