Bastion Mile

The 2nd annual Bastion Mile is in the books. We want to thank the rain for not showing up but more importantly a huge thanks to all the runners who did show up and blazed through the streets of downtown Nanaimo. Three new course records were set today and fun was had by all. Thanks to all the volunteers, Bethany from Mizuno, Norm and Stefan from Frontrunners, Quality Foods and all the spectators who cheered all the hard working brothers and sisters out there running.
