ATTENTION 2020 GRADS: Graduation diplomas are available for pick up at Robert Bateman Secondary. Hours of pick up are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm in the Counselling Centre (except holidays) ---- If you are unable to attend during these hours, you may have someone other than yourself pick up your diploma. Today (Aug 31) is the last day to fill out the survey. Please note that all parents/guardians are required to make a decision for their preferred learning method for the 20202021 school year. Families who do not complete the survey will be assigned to their last registered school based on the assumption that they are returning for in-class instruction.

We will be having our final meeting of the year at the school on Tuesday, June 9 at 7pm. Here’s what you need to know... You will need to RSVP to [email protected] by Monday June 8th, so that we know how many people will be in attendance, and can prepare by choosing the appropriate space. Space is limited and, if necessary, will be allotted on a ‘first respond’ basis. Everyone that enters the building will need to bring with them a completed health self assessment. You ca...n find the form in the email that was sent from the school May 31 as well in the link in the comments. We will also have paper copies available at the meeting. It will be a condensed version of our regular meetings, but will include all necessary reports from the year.

News: Proposed Local School Calendar for 2020-2021 -- The Board of Education is seeking public and employee feedback on the proposed calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. Feedback will be collected until March 5, 2020.

November 6th is Take Our Kids to Work Day. There will be no classes in session for Grade 9 students. All grade 9 students are requested to attend Take Our Kid to Work Day.
The 2020 Robert Bateman Musical Theatre Class will present The Sound of Music. Elementary and middle school matinees will be held Wednesday, January 29th and Thursday January 30th at 9:30AM. Tickets can now be purchased through the school office ($5.00). Public shows will be held Thursday, January 30th and Friday, January 31st at 7PM, as well as Saturday, February 1st at 2:00PM. Tickets can be purchased for $10.00 beginning in December.
