Melissa was our first point of contact and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process. Jeff came to our home to give a project estimate and we felt very confident with his assessment of the project and his willingness to accomodate our desire to do some of the work ourselves. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for the project and helped us select the right tub and surround for our space. We are so pleased with the work of the installer, Cory. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he accomplished the job with little to no mess at all in the rest of the house and no disruption to our lives for those 2 days. We had all 6 kids home both days and we didn't worry at all about them getting hurt or in the way because Cory worked with the bathroom door closed. We very much appreciated his efforts to keep the mess contained and the kids safe. He also gave us some tips for the parts of the project that we were taking on which we really appreciated. We are also so happy about the tub and surround! It is beautiful and will be so easy to clean which is a huge help given that it is our kids' bathroom and will get lots of use over the next 20 years! 2 bathrooms done in just over 5 days Mark M. We had our initial consultation with Jeff just after the fall Home Show and were very pleased with the way he recommended items that were cost effective rather that have us choose expensive materials that didn't give us bang for our buck. He was excellent in guiding us through the process and explaining every detail as well as answering any of our concerns. We settled on a price for our 2 main baths to be replaced and... said it would be about 5 days for the demo and replacement. We had a few email exchanges with Melissa while we waited for the job to start and ended up changing some glass doors on one of the bathrooms to just the curved rod. We further asked that the moulding be replaced as well as a last minute thing. At no time was this an issue when dealing with them. The work started on the Monday but we were scheduled to leave for Saskatchewan over the Christmas holidays on the Friday. My adult son was going to be in town for the final day of work. Cory was our contractor who did the demo and installs and we could not be anymore happier with the job. We returned from our vacation to 2 beautifully completed bathrooms. The work did not in anyway interfere with our daily routine and Cory was great. He consulted with us on a few fine details during the job.
