A nice update for this typical New Brunswick bathroom - 5'x8' with a window, and 4x4 tiles halfway up the walls and in the tub area.. We updated from the short steel tub, tiled walls and 2 handle faucet to an acrylic soaker tub, acrylic walls, and Moen pressure-balanced faucet. We removed the small tiles on the floor and laid vinyl flooring. Notice the transition on the walls at the edge of the acrylic - our walls come with a bullnose which we can trim, which avoids needing to use cheap (and non-UV protected) trims.

It's not often we do shower to tub conversions, normally it's the other way around. But we replaced this unappealing tiled shower with a nice sleek soaker tub, smooth white acrylic walls, and fashionable Matte Black faucets.
