Wishing all the Moms out there a very Happy Mother’s Day!

Hello valued patients, We know the past few months have been a trying time for all. We are hoping you, your family and friends are healthy and safe and continue to be so. For those of you whom have lost someone or have been personally affected by this pandemic we offer our condolences. Please know are thoughts are with you. Our office has been closed over the past few months and during that time we have been keeping up with the latest protection guidelines to ensure that our ...office remains safe for both our patients and our staff upon re-opening. Our office has always maintained an exceptionally high level of infection control and we follow all guidelines set out by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Amid this Covid-19 pandemic, we will continue to update and follow all new guidelines which come into effect. Until a vaccine for Covid-19 is available for the general public we will be implementing the following additional measures at our office: 1) When our dental receptionist contacts you regarding upcoming appointments, you will be asked screening questions regarding Covid-19. 2) Appointment times will be staggered to prevent patients from showing up at the same time. 3) Patients will be asked to show up at their appointment time and not beforehand. 4) Only patients will be permitted to enter the office. Younger patients can be accompanied by 1 guardian. 5) Each person entering the office will be asked if they are experiencing any symptoms. 6) All patients will be asked to sanitize and/or wash their hands upon arrival into the office. 7) All future appointments will be booked in the operatories or over the telephone. Receptionist will be collecting payments and dealing with insurance forms. As we get ready to re-open, please rest assured your safety and health is our top priority. Once we have confirmation of a date we are able to re-open, we will once again reach out to you with any further updates. We look forward to once again taking care of your dental needs.
