Meet Charles Dufresne! Charles is our Head Chef here at #BatonRouge. Native from Montreal, Charles graduated from Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec before going on to gain over 25 years of experience in some of the world’s top kitchens here and in Europe.
