My sourdough starter is feeling neglected so there's going to be bread aplenty here soon! Contact me if you want to place an order. I can do loaves, boules, baguettes, buns, whatever!

Doesn't play particularly well, but certainly tastes good! Chocolate cake with a chocolate chip meringue layer in the middle, covered in chocolate Italian buttercream.

Recently we went to visit my grandma and took in the local maple fest. I didn't come away with any maple syrup (yes, I know, I'm a broken Canadian..) but I did try dandelion jelly and let me tell you, it was amazing! It tastes very much like honey so of course I had to go and decimate my dandelion population (actually I didn't make much of a dent in the blasted things) and try it for myself. The end result was delicious and is for sale. My dandelions are (very) organic and since no bees were involved, this "honey" is also vegan!

What do you do when you're having a joint party and one kid wants a unicorn while the other wants a shark? Both of course! Half chocolate, half vanilla cake covered in vanilla Italian buttercream and filled with the best vanilla pudding ever (I made extra on purpose and I might not share with my family..)
