We will bring your order out to you - whether you’re on foot or in your car. Our goal is to keep you and our staff happy, healthy and well fed. ... Ever since the pandemic started we have heard stories about organizations assisting those in need struggling to do their good work due to less volunteers and breaks in their supply chain. Margaret's House - Feeding Others of Dartmouth Society @FeedingOthersOfDartmouth which is located across the street from Battery Park provides meals to those in our community who need it most, and is continuing to do their incredible work during these uncertain times. As we strategized t...he different options to get Battery Park back up and running, the patrons and volunteers at Margarets House were always in our thoughts. Ultimately, were interested in feeding our community, all of it. We are pleased to announce that with the financial support of @NorthBrewingCompany and guidance from Renée and Doug of @thecanteenns along with the dedication of our Chef Andrew Prince and the Back of House at Battery Park we will be delivering meals once a week for our neighbours across the street. The organizers at Margarets House let us know they could use help with the Meals-To-Go program and getting take-out containers. North Brewing Co. will be donating $500 a week to be used for ingredients and take-out supplies which will be matched dollar for dollar by the good people at Sysco Food Services to ensure the budget goes as far as possible. Battery Park will supply the labour and kitchen facility to cook and pack up the meals. We are truly thrilled to be back in the kitchen feeding our community. Thank you to all our friends and partners who have made this initiative possible. #cheersyourneighbour

A surprise snow storm didn't stop some enthusiastic folks from enjoying the flavours of Downtown Dartmouth at the 3rd annual Spirit of the Holidays. Groups were... guided from business to business, including Tic Tac Go Escape Room and Games, Stone Pizza, Indulgence Intimate Apparel Staggers Pub & Grub, Brightwood Brewery, Battery Park Beer Bar and more, trying local brews, drinks and eats from some local culinary masters. B'Y LOCAL Dartmouth kept things running smoothly and people were all smiles. Local business has played a big role in the change that has come to Downtown Dartmouth and this event is a wonderful celebration of the diverse offerings you can find there. Funds raised went to the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning - fantastic event for a fantastic cause. See more
